Job Title : Casino Supervisor

Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the activities of our casino gaming tables, including Blackjack, American Roulette, and Caribbean Stud Poker. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience as a dealer in these games and be able to perform mental arithmetic calculations quickly.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of gaming rules and regulations, and the ability to supervise an international team of dealers effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming activities are conducted fairly and within regulatory guidelines. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, manage cash handling procedures, and contribute to the overall success of the casino operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum three years’ experience as a dealer in Blackjack, American Roulette, and Caribbean Stud Poker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of gaming rules and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
