OverviewAcceleration Center - Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics (CEDA) - MS365 Engineer - Manager at PwC México.This role focuses on end-user computing and collaboration technologies (Office 365, Intune, Windows 10 / 11 lifecycle management, Autopilot, DLP, Azure AD, etc.) within the Managed Services team.

The goal is to enhance productivity, secure operations, and deliver a seamless IT service experience for our clients.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements and translate them into cloud architecture solutions, following a cloud-first approach.Design, construct, and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, etc.Provide user-centric support for Office 365 applications, Windows 10, and Intune-managed devices, addressing user concerns and ensuring peak performance.Master Intune management for device provisioning, compliance policies, and application deployment, crafting a secure and efficient device management environment.Oversee Windows 10 / 11 deployments and upgrades using Autopilot, ensuring devices are up-to-date and secure.Implement, configure, and optimize Windows Autopilot to streamline device setup and management.Lead the administration and support of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive, fostering a collaborative digital workspace for end-users.Implement and monitor security measures, compliance policies, and data protection solutions in the Office 365 and Intune realms to safeguard data and privacy.Develop training materials and documentation to empower end-users to maximize the potential of Office 365 and Intune technologies.Required SkillsB.S.
