This role plays a critical part in ensuring best-in-class HR operations, compliance, and employee experience, while partnering closely with regional and local People teams.

• Lead end-to-end People Operations for a cluster of countries, including payroll and HR administration;
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies;
• Maintain accurate data in HR systems for payroll and reporting;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and precise payroll cycles;
• Administer benefits and ensure compliance with local regulations;
• Partner with payroll vendors and finance teams to meet payroll deadlines;
• Keep People Ops documentation audit-ready and legally compliant;
• Be the go-to expert for employee queries on payroll, benefits, and HR admin;
• Reconcile payroll with Finance and manage GL codes;

Contribute to People Ops projects and support your team with passion and drive.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish .
