Job Title : Financial Operations Specialist

As a key member of our financial team, the Financial Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This individual is responsible for general ledger management, costing, and other accounting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. In addition to their technical expertise, they will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to provide timely and clear financial reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage general ledger accounts, ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records;
• Perform cost analysis, identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements;
• Assist with annual audit preparation, coordinate with external auditors and HQ accounting department;
• Monitor and manage tax declarations, identify potential tax risks and provide recommendations;
