We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on cold outreach via LinkedIn and email.
This is a hands-on role : you'll be building prospect lists, crafting personalized messages, and running outreach campaigns with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify target prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.Execute daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to engage decision-makers.Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach sequences to improve conversion.Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the sales team.Track all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.Hit weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, responses, and booked meetings.RequirementsProven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound lead generation role.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.Strong written communication and copywriting skills.Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-HavesExperience targeting executives or enterprise-level clients.Knowledge of A / B testing and optimizing outreach sequences.Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
