Job Description :

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for executing daily outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to engage decision-makers. This is a hands-on role that involves building prospect lists, crafting personalized messages, and running outreach sequences with the goal of booking qualified discovery calls for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify target prospects using various tools.
  • Execute daily outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.
  • Personalize connection requests, follow-ups, and outreach sequences to improve conversion.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Track all activities in the CRM and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar outbound lead generation role.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Experience targeting executives or enterprise-level clients.
  • Knowledge of A / B testing and optimizing outreach sequences.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices.
