By offering opportunities for accelerated growth, we foster an environment where careers thrive.Job OverviewThis role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated systems to support new manufacturing or operational initiatives across NA plants.Selecting suitable technologies;Programming PLCs or robotics;Managing project timelines;Troubleshooting issues;Ensuring systems meet safety and quality standards;Validating performance;Supporting startup activities;Driving continuous improvement from concept to handover;Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute automation projects as operations, engineering, CI, maintenance, and quality.Create RFQs to define clear scope and transparency for automation projects.Lead and support the design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of automated systems.Collaborate with software IT local developers to ensure compatibility with automation systems and future handshaking projects.Guide and support plant teams on machine connectivity and data acquisition activities.Train key plant personnel in automation technologies being deployed.Travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and vendor locations.Essential Skills : Allan Bradley PLC and HMI programming (Ladder logic, Studio 5000, RSLogix).
