📌 Job Summary
As part of our operations center, you’ll deliver exceptional service to internal customers, manage external performance metrics, and support process automation and training initiatives. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools and systems to streamline logistics and enhance service delivery.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and respond to internal inquiries.
- Monitor and improve External Vendors performance using data-driven insights.
- Stay up to date with UPS products, services, and industry trends.
- Operate and train others on relevant software and devices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
🛠️ Technical Tools You'll Use
Postman : Create and test API queries (SOAP / XML & REST / JSON), monitor UPS API forecasts.Power Automate : Automate reports, label generation, chatbot alerts, and system queries.Excel Macros : Query systems (ISPSYS, OPSYS), manage exceptions, and integrate UPS APIs.CODS Desktop App : Manage COD accounts.GTS (Global Timecard System) : Track and update delivery volumes.DIR : Analyze delivery and pickup data with coordinates.🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in :Electronic Communications, Computer Sciences, Mechatronics, Software DesignStrong computer skills (Microsoft Office, APIs, automation tools).Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).English proficiency (80%+ – must understand technical documentation).Availability to work flexible shifts (Monday to Friday, 08 : 00–18 : 30).💡 Skills We Value
