We're seeking an experienced and strategic CFO to lead our financial operations and support our continued growth.Role OverviewThe CFO is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for managing the company's finances, including financial planning, reporting, budgeting, revenue cycle, and compliance.

This role requires strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing in the home health sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecastingOversee accounting, revenue cycle, and cash flow managementEnsure compliance with Medicare / Medicaid regulationsManage financial reporting and auditsSupport strategic growth initiatives (e.g., acquisitions, new markets)Lead and develop the finance and billing teamsProvide financial insights to help guide business decisionsRequirementsBachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA / CPA a plus)7+ years of financial leadership experienceAt least 3 years in home health, hospice, or skilled nursingStrong knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and complianceExperience leading teams and working with executive leadershipWhat We OfferCompetitive salary + bonusHealth, dental, vision, 401(k), PTOOpportunity to help shape a growing organization
