Descripción General

Estructuración y gestión de programas estratégicos de transformación digital dentro del portafolio de D&T México, asegurando que cumplan con los criterios de gobernanza, y cultura organizacional, se maximiza el impacto en procesos clave del negocio y se garantiza el cumplimiento de los beneficios comprometidos, a través de la coordinación y administración de los Project Managers que lideran cada iniciativa, así como de los equipos involucrados.

Actividades Clave

• Participar en la elaboración de roadmaps de transformación digital en conjunto con PMO, Portafolio y BSM para la identificación de Programas / Productos alineados a la estrategia digital de HMex.
• Establecimiento de los criterios para identificación de programas de transformación y propuestas de modelos de gestión para su ejecución, dentro del portafolio de HMex.
• Priorización de iniciativas dentro del programa para asegurar la alineación de estrategias y los beneficios del negocio tanto en el anual plan como en la gestión de cambios.
• Coordinación con los líderes de negocio y tecnología para el arranque, planeación, seguimiento y entrega de las iniciativas con las que se entregarán los beneficios comprometidos.

Requisitos

Experiencia en previa en roles de liderazgo.

Dominio de PowerBi.
