  • Master Data Management : Accurately input, organize, and maintain information in platforms like Monday.com, ensuring everything is categorized and up-to-date.
  • Outreach Preparation : Collaborate on outreach efforts by drafting letters, organizing email campaigns, and preparing communication materials to contact identified individuals or corporate representatives.
  • Lead Generation : Generate, verify, and refine high-quality leads using research tools, maintaining an exceptional standard of accuracy.
  • Track and Document : Maintain detailed records of your research activities and outcomes, document progress, and track leads as part of the recovery process.

Ideal Profile

What You Bring to the Role

  • Research Expertise : Strong experience in conducting detailed research in public records, business filings, or financial domains like stock or investment research.
  • Top-Tier Communication : Excellent written English skills are a must, with strong verbal communication as a bonus for outreach efforts.
  • Analytical Savvy : The ability to follow complex ownership chains and business structures to pinpoint the right contact.
  • Tech Skills : Proficiency in basic computer operations, CRM systems, and specialized research tools. Familiarity with platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
