Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable workflow solutions using BPM platforms such as TIBCO and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient, automated workflows.
• Optimize existing workflow systems for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Integrate workflow engines with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud-native services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring best practices in workflow design and implementation.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

As a Senior Workflow Engineer, your day typically begins with reviewing overnight system logs and alerts to ensure workflow stability. You’ll spend time designing and coding new workflow components, often using TIBCO or microservices frameworks, and occasionally exploring Temporal for long-running orchestration needs. Collaboration is key—you’ll join daily standups with product managers and developers to align on priorities and unblock dependencies. You’ll also conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers to maintain high standards. Throughout the day, you’ll troubleshoot issues, deploy updates, and document changes to ensure transparency and scalability
