We are looking for a resourceful and forward-thinking Power Apps Specialist to join our growing IT team. This role is responsible for designing and building scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

The Power Apps Specialist translates business requirements into efficient, user-friendly applications that reduce manual work, improve data accuracy, and support real-time decision-making. This position requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of operational needs, with the ability to connect and integrate data from Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics Business Central, and other third-party platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to support internal business processes.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate tasks and streamline operations – this is a core requirement for the role.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics Business Central.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for developed applications.
  • Monitor and enhance existing applications and flows for performance and usability.
  • Stay current on Power Platform updates and best practices to ensure sustainable, scalable solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficient in developing Canvas and Model-Driven apps and automating workflows.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL-based data sources, and Dynamics Business Central.
  • Basic to intermediate Power BI skills for dashboard and report creation.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive, comfortable working in multicultural, cross-border teams.
  • Tourist Visa required

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience developing integrations with third-party APIs within Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 applications beyond Business Central (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
  • Experience supporting technology adoption and digital transformation in agricultural or manufacturing settings.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400, MB-800).
  • Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance within Microsoft 365.
