What you´ll do

  • Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level.
  • Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
  • Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects.
  • Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel.
  • Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
  • Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements.
  • Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems, production planning, and quality standards.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
