What you´ll do
- Manages all operations as well as service / support department at factory level.
- Implements a production strategy to ensure efficient production and high quality products.
- Delivers against production performance KPIs, budget and projects.
- Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel.
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
- Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements.
- Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role within the FMCG industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent knowledge of manufacturing systems, production planning, and quality standards.Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Some perks of joining Henkel
