Regional Business Development Director

Job Description :

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the sales and operations of our subsidiary in Mexico. Your primary objective will be to double manufacturing capacity, drive growth, expand profitability, and increase market presence in Mexico and the Latin American region.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance operational efficiency with long-term growth planning. You will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing internal business operations to achieve greater efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and expansion in emerging markets, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and cost control. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Mexican market and the ability to navigate complex cultural and regulatory environments.

• Review and enhance internal business operations for greater efficiency
• Manage the subsidiary's P&L and provide strategic leadership to the local team
• Optimize processes to support scalable growth and operational excellence
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective sales strategies
• Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports to achieve business goals
• Cultivate a high-performance collaborative culture focused on accountability and innovation
• Act as the primary liaison with global headquarters to ensure alignment and coordination
