Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of embedded software projects across global teams in the US, Mexico, and India.
• Team Communication : Act as the primary communication bridge between distributed teams, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Technical Guidance : Leverage your understanding of embedded systems, communication protocols, and automotive diagnostics to provide leadership and support to technical teams.
• Agile Practices : Facilitate Agile processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain project momentum and adaptability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with engineers, product managers, and external partners to gather requirements, define priorities, and align project goals.
