Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Lerma, Esstado de Mexico for a Sales Manager responsible for expanding business in Mexico. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new opportunities for growth in the Mexican market. The role will involve preparing sales forecasts and reports, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development (A Hunter)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Market research, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities
• Familiarity with the Plastic Packaging Industry is a plus
• Knowledge on Mexican market, export regulations, and business practices
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work in a hybrid mode from home or on-site in Lerma, Estado de Mexico as required, and travel as needed
