The Incentives Specialist is the link between commercial management, the dealer network, sales team and Finance

Their primary purpose is to ensure the incentives payments, creation, management and floor plan paperwork follow up.

Responsible for collecting the money of the floor plan with the dealer network.

Goal Management and Planning

~ Budget and provision incentives calculation

~ Performance reports for management and corporation.

~ Control and Supervision of Incentives Operation

~ Develop, control and analyze the incentives budget and expenses.

~ Act as point of contact between the brand and the dealer network for the incentives and Floor plan money colection

~ Define individual goals and conduct regular performance evaluations

~ Market and Competitor Analysis

~ Prepare commercial intelligence reports for strategic decision-making about incentives

~Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.

~ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in management systems.
