Data-Driven Procurement Specialist

Procurement ExpertWe are seeking a seasoned Procurement Expert to join our team.

As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for analyzing data and creating insights to inform business decisions.Data Analysis : Gather and analyze key procurement data using data collection techniques and create metrics in order to report results to leadership to be used in business planning and strategy development (20%).

Process Improvement : Participate in the development of analytical capabilities and digitization initiatives in support of cost saving activities and risk mitigation (20%).

Supplier Management : Support procurement managers development and administration of supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performance (15%).

Risk Management : Support risk management assessment relating to supplier vulnerability, sourcing options, and product availability (15%).

Project Support : Participates in special projects (e.g., conducting special research, developing training and / or communication materials, etc.) (10%).

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need : A Bachelors degree in business, finance, or analytics.

• 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, experience and / or training.Experience creating financial forecasts with multiple inputs and intricate reporting.Strong knowledge of Excel, Access, Word; PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP / P2P systems.Strong project management skillsBenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
