Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Angular & .NET) in Latin America .

As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Angular and .NET, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions for complex client projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to develop secure, efficient, and scalable full-stack applications. This role provides the opportunity to mentor junior team members, influence technical architecture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. Working remotely across Latin America, you will participate in Agile delivery processes while ensuring that client requirements translate into impactful, business-focused outcomes. Your expertise will directly affect the success of projects and the growth of the engineering team.

Accountabilities

Develop and deliver software features for complex projects using Angular and .NET technologies.
Build interactive, responsive user interfaces and secure, efficient server-side applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate front-end and back-end components, and ensure seamless data flow.
Collaborate with client stakeholders during sprint planning to document technical approaches and user stories.
Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and promote best practices across the team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges.
Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and debugging of complex problems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

5–8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, including Angular and .NET.

Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, AngularJS, SQL Server, and REST API development.

Experience with application architecture, DevOps practices, and cloud-based environments.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
