DIMENSIONAL SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE LEAD

Basic Expectations

Engineering degree

Able to work full time on site

Basic knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes

Basic knowledge of quality tools and methods (APQP, data analysis, checking gages)

Basic knowledge of dimensional control concepts (GD&T, tolerance stackup, build objectives)

Ability to perform structured root cause analysis

Purpose of the Role

Responsible for compliance convergence of BCIM strategic parts (including dimensional, appearance, functional)

Validation of APQP / PPAP deliverables during launch phase

Lead and train suppliers on conformity and compliance processes

Job Responsibilities

• Manage SSCD conformity dashboard and completeness of data submission to customer system
• Propose supplier escalation based on the BCI business criteria
• Lead supplier quality reviews
• Manage tolerance derogation process
