MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

AIM OF THE POSITION

Maintain and increase the availability of the different equipment used on production area providing an appropriate and efficiently maintenance service, preventive and corrective.

RESPONSABILITIES :

• Give notice to maintenance manager after one hour of production stop by a machine problem
• (Robots, riveting machine, torques, etc.).
• Monthly, report the metrics of each area and the failure reduction plan to the maintenance manager.
• Accomplish the activities according to the maintenance annual plan.
• Accomplish organization and cleaning in maintenance workshop and areas worked.
• Promote safety and use lock out tag out devices accordingly.
• Report the spare parts necessary for the machines and equipment to the maintenance manager.
• Report all the consumables and spare parts used on the day to the maintenance manager.
• Perform emergency repair as soon as possible, using the easiest methods to repair.
• Suggest project improves for machine and equipment to reduce the possibility of damage or broken pieces.
• Collaborate to establish maintenance procedures.
