DescriptionAbout the Role - Account Management : As an Account Manager as part of RBS (Retail Business Services) RVR (Retail Vendor Recruitment) Team you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and execute a plan for onboarding new vendors for Amazon Mexico at 1P division.RBS RVR team is looking for a bright, customer obsessed, data driven, and creative candidate to join our team.The successful Account Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking.

You will directly interact with new vendors to onboard them, aiming to enhance valuable selection to You will utilize a wide range of communication skills and work across major functional areas to increase selection to add value to our final customer.

In this role you will be focused on growing our business through the on-boarding of new vendors and adding selection with new Amazon vendor partners.You will provide professional support to vendors in the operational aspects of their business with Amazon, conducting root cause analysis of issues and identifying opportunities that impact the vendor's progress.Please note that you will be expected to specifically work on transactional but essential activities and have a hands-on approach.Key job responsibilitiesIdentifying relevant points of contact (POCs) for the approved brands, as designated by leadership, to present the program to become a 1P vendor at Amazon.Following the guidelines established by Amazon Mexico, present the vendors with the conditions under which the commercial relationship will operate.Addressing inquiries and technical issues during the onboarding process for brands / vendors, including but not limited to activities such as brand registry, catalog creation, setting up logistic accounts, and managing invoicing.Ensure that the ASINs that have been identified as HS are added to the catalogs of the vendors they are onboarding, to meet the team's annual goal.Informs the vendor of all the complementary programs and services that Amazon Mexico offers so that the vendors have an optimal operation.
