Technical Support Engineer

At HCL, we are seeking highly skilled technical support engineers to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to customers and partners via various channels.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide timely resolution to complex issues related to cloud environment services, API usage and errors, application performance, Cloud Cost Management, Security issues, Flexera SaaS application and / or configuration issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
  • Maintain product, platform, and industry knowledge necessary to offer outstanding technical support to customers.
  • Lead periodic internal team training as scheduled.
  • Participate in on-call weekend rotation, as needed.

Requirements :

  • Experience :
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a Technical Support role.
  • Skill Set :
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate customer orientation and dedication.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize activities based on customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage time, goals, and priorities to improve and add value continuously.
  • Certifications :
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications.
  • Education :
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
