Job Title : NPI Product Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NPI professional to lead our team in the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities :

8 years of project management experience as an Engineering Manager with a focus on new product introduction
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant coursework in engineering, computer science, or related field
Experience in Product / Program management in computing and storage industries
Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
Fluent written and spoken English with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
Preferring bi-cultural individuals with ability to navigate multiple cultural environments
Experienced in Metal mechanic industry with knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes
Negotiation with Customers to meet their needs and deliver results
New product introduction process and systems with ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Acknowledge drawings and interpretation with ability to understand and apply design specifications
Preferred Lean Mfg methodology, TPS, Project Management tools with ability to implement and improve processes
