Position Overview

We are seeking a RevOps Solution Architect to own the administration, maintenance, and optimization of all of our Sales / GTM tech stack including Salesforce CRM, while supporting broader Revenue Operations initiatives such as ensuring clean data / information integrity, handles ad hoc operational requests, and works on key sales operations projects to drive efficiency and enable our go-to-market teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the accuracy of our revenue data.

What You’ll Own & Drive

Manage and maintain Salesforce and any other GTM / Sales Tech stack, ensuring system stability, security, and performance.

Design and implement scalable solutions to support GTM workflows including lead routing, account assignment, pipeline management, territory planning and sales forecasting.

Support integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems such as HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Sales Navigator, RCA / CPQ, PowerBi, and commissions platforms.

Monitor data quality, resolve duplicate or inaccurate records, and implement data hygiene best practices.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and implement new features and automations to support operational excellence.

Handle technical requests from users, troubleshoot issues, and develop user-friendly enhancements.

Perform audits and compliance checks to ensure reliable system reporting and analytics.

Your Background

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration, RevOps, or Sales Operations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
