Fluent in English

One-year experience in a related office setting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Excellent customer service skills and assertive, dependable personality

Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and agents.

Ability to independently solve problems and see them through to resolution.

Responsibilities will include

Tracing container imports daily and updating operating system to reflect data

Validate loads status to all load stages (pickup, transit, delivery)

Create and maintain reports of load status

Updating accounts and shipments with real time information

Customer interfacing

Thursday - Monday 9am - 6pm - $23,584 MXN

Thursday - Monday 6pm - 3 am - $23,584 MXN + 1,100 MXN Weekly
