Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the procurement process across multiple categories

2. Ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, maintaining compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance) to align purchasing strategies with business objectives.

4. Identify and evaluate suppliers in key areas such as transportation, storage, advertising, events, and promotional activities, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

5. Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms on pricing, delivery, and service levels.

6. Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues to maintain strong partnerships.

7. Develop and implement cost optimization strategies and process improvements for supply chain and marketing activities.

8. Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitiveness.

9. Lead tender processes, evaluate proposals, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and timeline requirements.

10. Establish procurement policies and procedures, promoting transparency and efficiency in operations.

11. Maintain accurate records of transactions and contracts, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable
• Proven ability to negotiate marketing needs and manage complex budgets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) and MS Office applications.
