As a Country Manager, you are considered the “owner” and the one in charge of the end-to-end commercial growth, development, and management of their assigned country or sub-region. The ultimate goal is to grow the market position and financial performance of Exness by providing hands-on leadership for the commercial team.

You will :

Operational and relationship management

  • Responsible for achieving overall performance of the commercial unit by hitting targets set and agreed from company strategy
  • Responsible for metrics monitoring of market assigned and driving problem solving for need for special support, anomalies, etc.
  • Responsible for overall team productivity, performance, and monitoring of KPIs and identifying downtrends and uptrends in order to take action proactively
  • Act as an escalation point for any partner relationship management matters
  • Act as the main escalation point for any partner relationship management matters
  • Manage existing key partner relationships and co-ordinate issue resolution, and participate in related industry, partner, and client events
  • Manage teams of relationship managers to enable them to providing partner relationship support
  • Manage the partnership relationship management team and provide to enable them to providing partner relationship support

P&L Management

  • Ensure that the team achieves financial targets for the market according to targeted EBITDA and NSR
  • Lead Financial Planning of their assigned commercial region. This includes ensuring financial forecasts are aligned with market’s realities and approving budgets for region and countries’ activities

  • Ensure financial controls are put in place through budget and expense management and push cost efficiency initiatives to ensure overall profitability (i.e. partner payouts, events, campaigns, etc).
  • Strategic planning & execution

  • Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the company strategy for the market according to needs or trends. Ensure that the market achieves growth and profitability, while still being competitive across the industry.
  • Identify opportunity areas for efficiency and optimization of processes. This includes problem solving and addressing challenges and issues in operational problems, customer dissatisfaction, or competitive threats.
  • Responsible for collaborating with other cross-functional teams within Exness for enabling and executing strategies for market growth (country requirements). Includes but not limited to Marketing, Customer Support, Payments, Legal and Compliance, etc.
  • Responsible for executing top management directions to changes in direction of countries (opening / closing a market)
  • What makes you a great fit :

  • Bachelor degree qualification in a similar field; Master’s will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development;
  • Managerial skills are required; 5 years as a Team Leader / Manager based on previous work experience;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and with diverse team environment;
  • Have excellent organizational, analytical (including attention to detail), and problem solving skills
  • Financial industry experience is preferred but not essential;
  • Demonstrable track record of business development, increasing sales and marketing activities.
  • Ability to work and interact with senior executives including at board level, a high degree of initiative and ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Fluent English is a must; and native Spanish.
