About the Role

We're looking for a world-class Head of Growth Engineering to own Idilio's growth engine end-to-end. This is not a marketing role - it's a highly technical, experimental, data-driven position where you'll architect the frameworks that decide which content thrives, how we retain users, and how we monetize them.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale experimentation infrastructure (A / B tests, multivariate testing, cohort analysis).
• Design predictive models for retention, virality, and monetization.
• Partner with content & product to decide what to produce based on data, not intuition.
• Own growth KPIs : activation, retention, ARPU, LTV, virality coefficient.
• Work hands-on : SQL / Python / ETL one day, monetization frameworks the next.
• Report directly to the CTO and work cross-functionally with product & engineering.
