Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-notch support to our partners across all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle customer interactions via phone calls, resolving inquiries and providing support in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Independently resolve general partner issues related to payroll, benefits, talent management, and more, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Work with urgency to deliver accurate information, translating to a positive partner experience.
  • Resolve complex partner inquiries by utilizing standard operating procedures, company policies, knowledge management systems, and reference materials.
  • Maintain effective relationships with various departments and meet / exceed established key performance indicators.
  • Interact professionally through verbal and written communication, prioritizing company interests.

Requirements :

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, call centers, or related fields is preferred.
  • Proven ability to multitask, adapt communication styles, and demonstrate attention to customers' concerns.
  • Prior experience in contact center support within an HR organization is a plus.
