Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide top-notch support to our partners across all levels.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer interactions via phone calls, resolving inquiries and providing support in a friendly, professional manner.
Independently resolve general partner issues related to payroll, benefits, talent management, and more, striving for first-contact resolution.
Work with urgency to deliver accurate information, translating to a positive partner experience.
Resolve complex partner inquiries by utilizing standard operating procedures, company policies, knowledge management systems, and reference materials.
Maintain effective relationships with various departments and meet / exceed established key performance indicators.
Interact professionally through verbal and written communication, prioritizing company interests.

Requirements :

Associate's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

1+ year of experience in Human Resources, call centers, or related fields is preferred.

Proven ability to multitask, adapt communication styles, and demonstrate attention to customers' concerns.

Prior experience in contact center support within an HR organization is a plus.
