About our role : Data analyst specialist transforms business data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets; preparing, validating, and documenting data sets; standardizing KPIs; and maintaining executive-ready dashboards in partnership with IT.

The role performs descriptive and basic statistical analyses to surface trends, risks, and opportunities across people processes. It also supports efficiency initiatives (light automation / RPA and process simplification) and drives adoption through clear communication and training.

Data Requirements :

• Define data requirements and collect relevant information from various sources.
• Process and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze and model data to identify trends and patterns.
• Presentation of findings through dashboards and reports.
