Our global Center of Excellence team has over 200+ of the most diverse, talented, and engaged Solution Consultants, Business Analysts, and Product Managers with 12+ locations worldwide. We are a cross-functional, highly impactful, and high-visibility team whose mission is to drive digital transformation strategy and implementations.

In cooperation with our client, we empower agile engineering teams by documenting requirements and prioritizing work for faster business capability delivery. Our dynamic 6-person Enterprise Systems Product team, we collaborate on strategic projects and operational workstreams, enhancing business systems to support a growing SaaS / PaaS enterprise under seasoned leadership.

IF YOU ARE

  • Strong in Jira and supporting business systems using Agile Scrum and Kanban-style engineering teams
  • Experienced in pointing and prioritizing work, triaging issues, and researching feature requests with business owners
  • Proficient in writing and editing technical and requirements, or process documentation
  • Aimed at understanding stakeholders' requests quickly, refining requirements and referring to documentation
  • An initiative professional who solves problems, understands requirements, and gathers lacking information
  • Responsive and assertive in communication and ticket management
  • Familiar with Netsuite, Salesforce, Avalara, Coupa, Gainsight, Zendesk, and their integrations to Salesforce (nice to have)
  • Capable of maintaining business communication with a client in English

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Capture the vision of the business area and the client's specifics to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Understand the client's business objectives and translate them into actionable insights for the development team
  • Define the 'as is' state for the enterprise business solution, model the 'to be' state, and identify and assess gaps to propose innovative improvements
  • Develop a compelling business case to evaluate the feasibility and impact of potential solutions or investments
  • Standardize the collection of business and solution requirements to ensure consistency and clarity across the board
  • Apply best practices for effective facilitation, requirements elicitation, documenting, prototyping, and modeling to deliver exceptional results
  • Establish and follow the requirements lifecycle process to ensure seamless integration and execution
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan a communication strategy that considers the results and project specifics for optimal engagement
  • Manage solution scope efficiently to maintain focus and drive project success
  • Establish and manage the change management process where applicable to adapt to evolving needs and ensure project continuity
