With annual sales for 309 MDD in Mexico, Novartis Mexico has signed 06 agreements with Healthcare Institutes to provide High Specialty treatments to patients for improve and extend their lives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional Franchise Medical Team to ensure optimal collaboration within the country and Global Teams.
  • Strategically influence and collaborate with senior leaders of different functions and other external relevant partners to support the Medical Product plans, clinical development, scientific communications and medical expert engagement plans
  • Provide coaching and talent development opportunities to direct reports and managing performance reviews
  • Drive and role model the culture and values and behaviors of the company accross their teams
  • Maintain and drive the standards of medical and scientific excellence in the country Franchise through recruitment, training development and technical development of associates.
