As our next Sales Administration and Support you will perform back-office tasks, which help the salesperson to spend more time with customer. This role supports sales in making tenders and orders, creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP.
- Supports salespersons in back-office tasks (tenders, orders, documents, equipment – SAP, Tendering tool and CRM) and customer inquiries.
- Maintains customer data and hierarchies in SAP + CRM as instructed by salesperson or key account manager.
- Monitors the leads and new opportunities in CRM and assigns them to right person.
- Follows up the customer’s approval of designs and lay-out drawings.
- Maintains sales and tendering tools and master templates as instructed by sales manager / product manager.
- Responsible for invoicing and monitoring of overdue payments (in some FL’s).
- Provides reports and summaries for sales, marketing, installation, delivery, finance managers etc.
- Assists in general office tasks.
- Customer relationship management.
- Supports in organizing customer visits, tasks and events
HIRING REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree in administration, Business or related field.?At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel the most)Good Level of EnglishGreat communication skillsExperience with customer careWhat can KONE offer you?
