About the Role We're looking for a Head of Marketing who understands the intersection of commerce, gamification, product psychology, and data-driven growth. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, think clearly under pressure, and know how to turn a differentiated product model into a high-performing marketing machine, you'll fit right in.
Brand & Creative
~ Lead content and storytelling across paid media, email, SMS, social, onsite, and loyalty.
~ Ship campaigns that attract, convert, and retain—without sacrificing brand integrity.
Partner with product and engineering to improve UX, conversion paths, and on-site gamified touchpoints.
~ Serve as the creative lead managing and growing an internal, cross-functional marketing team.
~ Collaborate closely with Product, Merchandising, CX, and Leadership to align company-wide initiatives.
Proven success scaling AOV, LTV, acquisition channels, and retention performance.
~ Strong command of paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRO, influencer strategy, and loyalty frameworks.
