Coordinator, Curation The Global Content Curation department plays an integral role in the user experience by managing content production and editorial for all sites and apps, including live sports and global events.
The Curation team manages the day-to-day operation for content launches and refreshes for series and movies, along with the merchandising of homepage marquees, carousels, collections, shows and movies browse and virtual live linear channels. They partner with central and local Programming, Marketing and Product Merchandising teams to ensure content priorities are presented accurately and on time. Additionally, the team supports the curation needs involved in launches of new markets, features and platforms, along with the curation of live sports and events across our digital platforms. The coordinator helps manage live sports and event content across our global digital platforms, including building and refreshing live event series pages and homepage promos, monitoring live events as they occur, and managing schedules and metadata for live event content on sites and apps. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for creating, curating and scheduling content across sites and apps worldwide. Working with multiple schedules for multiple brands, they coordinate, build and schedule video clips and episodic content in collaboration with the Editorial and Design teams. This is an overnight and weekend role that may include holidays, weekday swing, weekday graveyard, weekend swing and weekend graveyard hours.
An effective coordinator has excellent project management and communication skills and remains flexible to handle frequent scheduling changes associated with live event production. They work closely with many internal teams, including Programming, Design, Video Production, Editorial and Integrated Marketing. A passion for working in digital media is a must.
