Financial Operations Manager
This individual plays a pivotal role in overseeing financial, accounting, and reporting functions. They manage financial and operational data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with established standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all financial activities for entities across Mexico and Central America.
- Educate senior leadership on finance and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Assist the Regional Finance Director in producing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
- Drive month-end close and year-end financial reporting processes, including account analysis and reconciliation.
- Partner with Commercial Finance to understand operational results and drive profitable growth.
- Analyze financial results to explain significant drivers.
- Manage external and internal audits.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
- Analyze financial data and present reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Monitor financial progress and inform senior leadership.
Requirements :
10+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, including taxes.Education in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (MBA preferred).Fluent in Spanish and English.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.Ability to drive change and process improvement.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Excellent organizational and proactive work style.Experience in fast-paced environments.As a skilled Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by streamlining financial operations and improving efficiency.
