Financial Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all financial activities for entities across Mexico and Central America.
• Educate senior leadership on finance and accounting procedures, ensuring compliance.
• Assist the Regional Finance Director in producing accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Drive month-end close and year-end financial reporting processes, including account analysis and reconciliation.
• Partner with Commercial Finance to understand operational results and drive profitable growth.
• Analyze financial results to explain significant drivers.
• Manage external and internal audits.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.
• Analyze financial data and present reports in an accurate and timely manner.
• Monitor financial progress and inform senior leadership.
