Accounting Leadership Position

This role offers an opportunity to utilize your accounting expertise and leadership skills in a dynamic environment.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with GAAP and company policies.

2. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including SOX compliance and external audit preparation.

3. Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile related accounts, researching and interpreting account activity, trends, and variances.

4. Prepare and review journal entries according to company procedures.

5. Complete monthly reconciliations of trade and non-trade intercompany accounts, coordinating with respective teams to resolve outstanding issues.

To excel in this position :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables and perform lookups.
• Ability to understand and research large volumes of data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
