PMLS-Ventilator Job Responsibilities : 1. Business Management : The job family is sales, responsible for the sales target management of the Ventilator in this region, formulate and implement the sales strategy of the Ventilator, and complete the sales target of the Ventilator; Cooperate with the regional teams, follow up and implement the 4P strategy (product, channel, price and promotion) of the sub-product line business within key countries of the region; Including but not limited to market competition analysis, market dynamic analysis, product requirements, competitor analysis and competitive strategy formulation. 2. Product management : includes Total Product Life Cycle (TPCL) starting from premarket launch plan (go-to-market strategy); product improvement feedback, and follow-up of key product requirements in the region to end-of-marketing; 3. Professional Empowerment : Responsible to manage and fulfill the empowerment of the regional internal team, channel and end-user training, focusing but not limited to product, clinical and competitive training (empowering internal and external teams). 4. Sales support : Routine product and technical support for internal and external teams. Assist regional key customers, and large projects, and coordinate headquarter resources to meet sales and / or strategic targets. 5. Clinical promotion : Assist and guide clinical and marketing teams to carry out clinical value-oriented marketing activities, including but not limited to support exhibitions, academic conferences, seminars, clinical training courses and other activities; Job requirements :

  • Clinical medicine, biomedical engineering, or science and engineering-related majors.
  • More than three years of working experience in the medical equipment industry, with a professional background in research and development, marketing, clinical, service and other related professional backgrounds of anesthesia & respiratory products, intensive care medicine, respiratory therapy, or operating room background is preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, good learning, communication, coordination, organizational skills, and teamwork skills;
  • Fluent in English (Routinely within the workplace);
  • Able to adapt to overseas business trips
