Industrial Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the safe and proper manufacturing of our products. This involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and coordinating a team of production employees.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

• Enforcing compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards in the production area.
• Assigning work orders to production staff.
• Verifying and ensuring compliance with manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures related to Quality and EHS systems.
• Ensuring raw material availability in the production area.
• Evaluating finished product results and making adjustments as needed.
• Removing finished products from the manufacturing area.
• Assigning overtime duties to each worker.
• Implementing programs to meet Quality and EHS objectives.
• Preparing internal labels for finished products.
• Verifying measuring equipment identification and calibration labels.
