This is your chance to work directly with the founders of a profitable, fast-growing U.S. retail-tech startup that’s changing the way people shop in residential spaces. They’ve grown from a 2-person team to 25+ in just two years — and they’re just getting started.

Sales are the heartbeat of this business. Your mission? Keep the sales engine humming by managing the CRM, supporting outreach, and making sure deals move smoothly from start to close.

Your work will allow the founders to focus on closing deals and growing the company -knowing the data, pipeline, and follow-ups are in excellent hands.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Research potential clients, decision-makers, and new opportunities in target markets

Keep the CRM (HubSpot, Airtable, or similar) organized and up to date so the sales pipeline stays accurate

Track follow-ups and leads and make sure next steps happen on time

Draft client emails, meeting notes, and proposals to keep deals moving

Schedule calls, coordinate meetings, and prep materials for the founder

Plan simple travel routes and itineraries for sales trips when needed

Look for ways to streamline processes using tools like Airtable, Slack, and Zapier

Create quick, easy-to-read reports to show pipeline health and conversion rates

✅ What We’re Looking For

Have 2+ years in Sales Support, Operations, or Business Development

Are confident using CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable preferred)

Love digging into data, organizing information, and finding patterns

Are proactive — you don’t wait for someone to remind you what’s next

Communicate clearly in English (written + spoken)

Are tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zapier

Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

🌟 Bonus Points

B2B sales or real estate experience

Familiarity with property management or self-checkout technology

Basic Canva / PowerPoint skills for creating sharp-looking proposals
