Senior Manager, GBS - Supply Planning

Job Description

We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager. The role will primarily report into the Head of Supply Planning with a dotted reporting line into the Head of BU Integrated planning & BU Supply Planning Director. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor a high-performing Supply planning team
• Supply Planning for a network of factories to ensure the efficient & effective management of Service, Inventory & Cost to meet customer & consumer demand
• Implements global strategies for Supply planning - ensuring accurate and efficient supply chain operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities
• Responsible for driving Process excellence initiatives using CI framework and application of Lean practices
• Lead and drive Service reviews of KPIs, SLAs and governance meetings to action continuous improvements with the team
• Identify opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain to enable Kraft Heinz operations cost improvement and process standardization
• Participate to define and execute new technology solutions in Supply Chain to keep the Global Operations Organization future ready
