Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / science / business, or a related field, completed.
  • Strong experience working in multi-cultural teams.
  • 5+ years experience and track record in direct, program, and project management.
  • 3 years’ leadership experience in program / project management functions spanning company-wide technology and complex Information Technology programs / projects
  • Having proven experience implementing Model N solutions within the MedTech or Pharma sector.
  • 2 years’ leadership experience in program / project management functions spanning company-wide technology and complex Information Technology programs / projects.
  • 1 year of experience in planning (ERP / Financials) implementations.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.
  • Strong communications skills in English
  • It's a Plus if you have certifications such as : Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP, CSM Scrum or SAFE

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across GBS service lines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor project performance and report on KPIs, budget, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate resources and stakeholders to implement new systems, processes, or service enhancements.
  • Provide exceptional leadership, managing time effectively, facilitating collaboration, and organizing complex initiatives
  • Maintain & Develop excellent stakeholder and internal communication
