The primary responsibility of this role is to proactively reach out to customers who may be due for vehicle maintenance services and have not visited our dealership recently. It is important to note that this role is focused on customer service and engagement rather than sales. The main focus will be to re-engage customers who haven't visited the dealership in a while, assisting them in scheduling routine maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while addressing any recalls.
Main Tasks :
- Proactively contact customers who are due for routine maintenance services.
- Schedule appointments for customers to bring their vehicles for maintenance and service.
- Address recalls and ensure customers' vehicles are updated with necessary repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments.
Qualifications :
Available and quiet homeoffice.Excellent English and Spanish - both verbal and written.Familiarity with automotive terminology and services is a plus.Prior experience in customer service or outbound calling is preferred.Required Equipment :
