Job Summary
Provide L2/L3 application support for ACI CMM Issuer and Interchange in production and non production environments. Handle incident triage resolution and RCA for high priority issues. Support deployments patch validation and batch operations. Participate in Visa/Mastercard testing and client support calls. Ensure configuration consistency and environment stability across UAT and Production. Assist with UAT testing documentation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for ACI CMM Issuer and Interchange in production and non production environments.
- Handle incident triage resolution and RCA for high priority issues.
- Support deployments patch validation and batch operations.
- Participate in Visa/Mastercard testing and client support calls.
- Ensure configuration consistency and environment stability across UAT and Production.
- Assist with UAT testing documentation and operational improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work on backlog tickets configuration updates and data fixes.
- Perform unit testing for code/config changes in lower environments.
- Maintain runbooks SOPs and knowledge documentation.
- Create ad hoc reports and utilities to improve support efficiency.
- Support service reviews and SLA governance activities.
Must Have Skillset
- Product & Payments Domain ACI CMM Issuer: parameterization/configuration (product tables issuer profiles BIN tables routing rules fee/limit settings) release/patch handling log interpretation and issue isolation within CMM components. ACI Interchange: scheme file ingestion/settlement basics fee chargeback/exception flows familiarity (at least operational level). Card Payments & Standards: ISO 8583 message structure (auth/fin/advice/reversal) bitmaps field level troubleshooting EMV concepts (ARQC/ARPC) PIN tokenization understanding of declines/timeouts/retrials behaviors.
- Platforms & Tooling Mainframe & COBOL (Required) Strong COBOL proficiency for reading/debugging payment processing code paths and crafting safe fixes in lower environments. JCL for batch orchestration (job streams restart/rerun condition codes) DB2 for SQL performance aware queries and data fixes under guardrails. Familiarity with mainframe operations (datasets utilities SMP/E exposure is a plus). Networks: Working knowledge of Visa/Mastercard certification and network testing processes (test scripts evidence capture troubleshooting during calls). Linux/Oracle (Required): Solid Linux/Unix administration for runtime support (process control filesystem/permissions log rotation). Oracle SQL/PL/SQL for diagnostics data validation and controlled data fixes understanding of transactions/locks. Database: Oracle SQL/PL SQL for data checks/fixes triage queries transactional integrity fundamentals. Batch & Scheduling: Bath flow Job dependencies reruns SLA tracking and evidence capture for fixes.
- L2/L3 Operations Incident Management (ITIL): P1/P2 triage Priority ticket handling crisp comms stabilization and handover notes. RCA & Problem Management: Root cause analysis write ups with corrective/preventive actions trend analysis for repeats. Deployments & Patching: Following RN/CN pre checks/post validation rollback planning coordinating for Stage/Prod installs.
- UAT validation. Environment Parity & Governance: Syncing code/config across platforms change records risk assessments. Documentation: Product Manuals RN/CN ticket updates.
