The Learning Management System Coordinator position is responsible for providing technical support to the learning management system (LMS) administrator and assisting employees who use the system.
This role involves maintaining content, assets, reporting, and other resources used for instructional functions. You will assist with the installation of system updates and upgrades, as well as tools and software integrated with the tool.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning solution content, proficient in Cornerstone OnDemand, and knowledgeable about ERP and Systems such as S4 / HANA, SAP Fiori, OneStream, Coupa, Databricks, Tableau, Monday.com, Smartsheet, and wdesk.
Additionally, this role involves optimizing continuing education (CE) documentation practices, and tracking CE completion and reporting according to CAP / CLIA regulatory requirements, supporting ancillary labs in the implementation of LMS system and best practices, and upholding company values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and able to meet schedules and deadlines, and maintain the strictest confidentiality of sensitive data.
