Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Mexico.

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Design

  • Define the scope : number of cameras, access points, control panels, software integrations.
  • Coordinate with security consultants and engineers to design system architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

2. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with clients, building managers, IT departments, and security teams.
  • Translate client needs into technical requirements.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project.
  • 3. Vendor & Equipment Management

  • Select and manage suppliers for cameras, access control devices, cabling, and software.
  • Oversee procurement and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compatibility between hardware and software components.
  • 4. Installation Oversight

  • Schedule and supervise technicians and subcontractors.
  • Ensure proper installation of cameras, card readers, devices, and control panels.
  • Monitor adherence to safety protocols and installation standards.
  • 5. System Integration & Testing

  • Coordinate integration with existing IT infrastructure (e.g., network switches, servers).
  • Oversee system configuration and software setup (e.g., VMS, access control platforms).
  • Conduct testing for functionality, coverage, and failover scenarios.
  • 6. Budget & Timeline Control

  • Track costs for labor, equipment, and licensing.
  • Manage change orders and scope adjustments.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on time.
  • 7. Documentation & Handover

  • Prepare system documentation : wiring diagrams, device lists, user manuals.
  • Train client staff on system usage and maintenance.
  • Ensure proper handover and support agreements are in place.
  • 8. Post-Installation Support

  • Coordinate warranty services and maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor system performance and address client feedback.
  • Plan for future upgrades or expansions.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Has the ability to work independently
