About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Functional Support Consultant to provide ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements for our SAP ECC system. This role is a key partner for warehouse operations, ensuring system stability, resolving day-to-day support issues, and delivering process improvements aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 / 3 support for SAP WM processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within SLAs; coordinate with Basis, ABAP, and Infrastructure teams for technical fixes.
• Configure SAP WM modules (storage types, strategies, movement types, handling units, RF transactions).
• Support enhancements, custom developments , and integration with MM, SD, and LE modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Partner with Warehouse Operations to identify process optimization opportunities .
• Conduct impact analysis of business changes on WM processes and ensure master data consistency.
• Support integration with 3PL partners and external logistics systems.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and regression tests .
• Document functional design, configuration, and process flows.
• Train super-users and end-users on SAP WM functionality.
