Responsible for providing solutions related to US Benefits implementation and supporting the Benefit and Learn Modules. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the HCM cloud and its pre-configured solutions

Skills & experience :

• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud US Benefits is a must.
• Ability to respond to and resolve support issues arising in the Benefit and Learn Modules.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
